Retouren

U heeft het recht de bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. Na annulering heeft u nogmaals 14 dagen om het product retour te sturen. U krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd. Enkel de kosten voor het retour sturen dient u zelf te betalen. Indien u gebruik maakt van dit herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en - indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk - in de originele staat en verpakking aan Guitarking geretourneerd worden. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van jouw retour terugstorten.

Leidt dit niet tot een oplossing, dan is het nog altijd mogelijk om het geschil aan te melden voor bemiddeling via Stichting Webwinkelkeur. Wanneer de klacht nog niet elders in behandeling is, dan staat het je vrij om de klacht te deponeren via het platform van de Europese Unie.
